Form submissions collected through FormSync belong to you.
- You act as the data controller
- FormSync acts as a data processor
We process data solely to provide the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable and available service, but we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability
- Error-free operation
FormSync may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable at any time.
Third-Party Services
FormSync relies on third-party infrastructure and services
(e.g., hosting, database, email providers).
We are not responsible for failures or issues caused by third-party providers.
Intellectual Property
FormSync, including its software, branding, and content,
is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your data and form submissions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:

Limitation of Liability
FormSync is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

arising from your use of the service.

Continued use of FormSync after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
